Introduction: Vanda nanometer antifouling agent is named N***0. They are usually applied in decorating ceramic tile surface; they can promote the antifouling performance of the surface with sharp shininess, and make the surface be easy to clean. Nanometer antifouling agent can be divided into two parts: one is aqueous (called N***0A), another is oily (called N***0B). First, the aqueous one fills up the pores on tile surface, and increases the shininess to *0; one the other hand, the oily one adjusts the surface characteristic. They can make the surface not absorb water and oil, just like “lotus leafâ€. 2. Principle Function: The abraders make the nanometer agent infiltrate into the surface pores, and produces physical chemistry reaction with the tile surface, so it can adhere to the tile surface firmly. Even if the shininess might reduce caused by abrasion, the anti-fouling performance still is good. 3. Usage and Notices: (1) The abraders should be made of hard wool. They can make the waxes infiltrate into the pores, when they go round and round at a high speed. The abraders must be heat-resistant ( at least **0centigrade), and should be prevented from burningï&frac*4;› (2) For aqueous wax, about *0ï&frac*2;ž*0 groups of abraders are needed, and for oily agent , about 1ï&frac*2;ž4 groups are needed . And according to different equipments , the exact parameters should be adjustedï&frac*4;› (3) Properly control the agent dosage and abrader pressure .And pay attention to one principle as follow: from wet surface to dry surface, not only a proper transition is needed, but also at least a quarter of the entire time for dry polish is needed. Or else, the agent cannot enter the pores; (4) If the shininess of the surface is good , but the anti-fouling performance (with oily marker ) is bad , the oily agent dosage should be increased properly ï&frac*4;› (5) Under normal condition , all parameters should be firm, or else, the product quality will be affected ï&frac*4;›
