we are selling houses and plots or agricalture land in the north seaside of Bulgaria - around Varna or Balchik area. A beautiful eastern European city, Varna is the biggest port on the Black Sea. There is nice long beach, a lovely park stretching for *0 kilometers along the seafront, at least ten universities, a good mixture of clubs and restaurants to suit all ages and tastes. A selection of festivals run through the summer. Although many people come here wanting beach-front property or those with sea views, they change their minds when they see the beauty of the countryside. Land by the sea is now getting scarce and rather too expensive for most people and the villages offer an attractive and cheaper option. Very cheap property can be found in the countryside but it will probably need renovation. We will help you with that too. The other alternative is to buy a plot of land on the coast.
