Pre-Production Inspection: HIS QC conducts pre-production inspection prior to mass production, or at the beginning of the production process. The Initial Production check allows an early prevention of defective materials/components/accessories and timely corrections if needed. Our main check points are as below: - Check the quantity and quality of raw materials and main components that will be used in your products. - Check factory production capacity and quality control ability. - Evaluate the production line running - Ensure the calibration and accuracy of production equipments. - monitor the production schedule Performing a pre-production inspection will help you to: - Avoid misunderstanding - Make sure your requirements are well understood. - Avoid usage of wrong material, wrong colors etc., verify that your product specifications are being met early. - Implement corrective actions as soon as possible - Avoid unexpected costs & delays - Keep pressure on your vendor shoulders
