It consists of stainless steel filling nozzle and dual concentric filling spout combines venting system, inflatable neck seal, rise and fall loop support, robust weigh platform and vibration facility for product desecration and compaction to provide a stable load for storage and transfer. This is available in various models according to requirement like model LCV, Model C3 etc. Some optional features are powered roller, mesh or belt conveyor for easy removal of bulk bags, push off device, pneumatic bag loop release system, rigid bin automatic FFIBC height adjustment, spinning heads, data on weigh controller etc. Some features are change according to model wise or requirement basis. Its fill rate upto *0 bulk bags per hour depending on bag size and material infeed rate. Special feature is that arms of machine are fully adjusted to suit varying bag sizes.
