PE-AOBDV Automatic Oil Breakdown Voltage Testeris a highly precise instrument, which can be applied to measure either the breakdown voltage or also check the withstanding voltage for a predefined time. Usual available automatic test sets only perform the former function, but PE-AOBDV can do both.
