PI**3 small incubator/family incubator/full automatic *****&#**9;s capacity is *8pcs egg. 1. Open the box and check the incubator, check whether all of the accessories inside of the packing box are well-equipped. 2. Before use, remove the top cover on the incubator, there are movable egg tray bracket and egg tray mesh inside the base. In order to prevent damage during the transportation, the base, movable egg tray bracket and egg tray mesh are tied up during package, please disassemble it before use. 3. Take movable egg tray bracket and egg tray mesh out of the base. Wash and clean the base, feed water to tank A and B inside of base, then put the movable egg tray bracket into the base, check whether the motor power supply of movable bracket is connected well or not, it shall be connected with special connector of top cover. 4. After covering the top cover, rightly connect the power line and switch on the power supply, if data on the control panel displays in normal condition, the heating indicator will be on after 2 minutes and the incubator will begin to heat up. 5. Adjust the temperature at *8℃ by adjusting knob. Check all of the data after *0 minutes. Countdown displays minute change and number of days (change once for every *4h), the incubation temperature requires at *7.***8.5℃. If the temperature is beyond the requirement range, please finely adjust the temperature regulator. The relative humidity shall be within ****5% range, when it’s low it means that the water in tank is too little, when it’s high it means that the water in tank is too much. 6. The movable egg tray bracket works once for every 2 hours. 7. The incubator can be put into running after ****4 hours’ trial. 8. It’s about to incubate, put the selected eggs into it and press RESET, which is a time reset button. 9. The incubator begins to incubate, pay attention to the temperature and relative humidity indicated on the control panel, adjust it in time if it doesn’t comply with requirement, check the water level for every **3 days to avoid incubator in lack of water. *0. After incubation for ****9 days (take egg as example), the egg tray shall be exchanged, firstly, cut off the motor power supply of movable egg tray bracket, and take the egg off from movable egg tray bracket, and take egg tray out of the incubator, put the egg tray mesh into the incubator, and lay one layer of egg on the egg tray mesh, then wait for the young poult to break the shell and come out. *1. The egg tray exchange time is different according to number of incubation days of different kinds of poultry, it usually takes **4 days less than the number of incubation days. *2.Pay attention to temperature and relative humidity adjustment during the whole incubation process, refer to Incubation Technology in the operation instruction for more details. 1. Incubation Temperature Control Different poultry requires different temperatures: incubation period of chicken is *1 days, it’s *8.2℃ from 1st~6th day, *7.8℃ from 7thï&frac*2;ž*4th day, and *7.2ï&frac*2;ž*7.5℃ from *6thï&frac*2;ž*1st day; incubation period of duck is *8 days, it’s *8℃ from 1stï&frac*2;ž7th day, *7.8℃ from 8th~*5th day, *7.5℃ on *6th day, and *7.2℃ from *7th ï&frac*2;ž*8th day; incubation period of goose is *1 days, it’s *7.8℃ from 1st ï&frac*2;ž8th day, *7.8℃ from 9th ï&frac*2;ž*8th day, *7.8℃ on *9th day, and *7.0℃ï&frac*2;ž*7.3℃ from *0thï&frac*2;ž*1st day. 2. Humidity Control It requires different relative humidity in different period of incubation. The relative humidity shall keep within *5%ï&frac*2;ž*0% at the earlier stage of incubation to ensure even heating for embryo, which is good for formation of allantoic fluid and amniotic fluid, the relative humidity shall keep within *0%ï&frac*2;ž*5% at the middle stage of incubation, which is good for evaporation of water, the relative humidity the last stage of incubation shall be increased to *5%~*0%, as high relative humidity is good for poult to break the shell, when above *0% of poult comes out, the relative humidity shall keep at *5%. III. ***** and sterilization before incubation: wash and clean the incubator, then suffumigate it with potassium permanganate and formalin. ***** equipment inspection before incubation: check all of the device completely and observe whether the fan rotation and egg turning device works normally and whether all of the components are in good condition, then adjust the temperature and feed water to the tank. make a ****4 hours’ trial again when the incubator reaches temperature and humidity requirement, if the incubator works normally, it can be put into running. 3. Choose and store fresh egg within 5 days (7 days at most) as feeding egg, as for the egg stored for more than 5 days, 4% less the incubation rate and *0 minutes prolonged incubation period for one more day storage. The proper temperature for feeding egg storage is *2℃ï&frac*2;ž*6℃.The smaller side shall be put upside during feeding egg storage. 4. Notes for off-tray period: The process to remove from egg tray bracket to brood tray is called off-tray, the chick embryo usually removes off the tray at an age of ****9 days. It shall be placed gently during off-tray, it’s best to lay to single layer. It also removes to brood tray 3 days earlier than incubation period for other poultry.
