The Dr. Oligo High Throughput Oligo Synthesizer is available in a one plate version (Dr. Oligo *6) and a two plate version (Dr. Oligo **2). Dr. Oligo is primarily designed to automate the synthesis of DNA or RNA Oligos using the phosphoramidite chemistry. This is the chemistry used in all modern DNA – RNA synthesizers. The Dr. Oligo instruments can synthesize high quality, long, short and mixed length oligos faster, more economically and in higher quality than any other commercially available synthesizer.
