Automatic Vertical Egg-washing Set The automatic vertical egg-washing set is used to auto-clean and disinfect. It can clean and disinfect two egg trolleys simultaneously and remove the dirt and bacteria on the surface of shells easily. It can reduce death rate in the incubation process. Compared with the manual cleansing method, it is a far more effective method to reduce labour and increase throughput. It has been widely applied to duck incubation. Components: The egg-washing set comprises the egg-washing box, pharmacy liquid pool, egg-washing trolley, drive room and control cabinet. Egg-washing box The egg-washing box consists of the egg-washing room, spray nozzle, bracket, guide-rails and filtering net rack. The highly corrosive cleanser and disinfector (0.1% hypochlorous sodium solution) requires that the material of the box should be anticorrosive. 1. Egg-washing room Dimensions:***0×***0×***0(D×W×H) The box is composed of the inner stainless plastic steel and the dual-layer air there-into insulate glass fiber reinforced plastic board. The whole egg-washing process can be viewed through the board. 2. Bracket and spray nozzles The bracket is composed of three **-layer stainless steel racks and **4 pure copper spray nozzles, with PVC tubes as its conveyance tubes (proof pressure≥1Mpa). The end of every layer can be dismantled to excrete the sludge. 3. Two Galvanized guide-rails with great loading ability and two stainless steel guide-rails. 4. The filter net rack prevents impurity from entering the pharmacy liquid pool. One is the temperature sensor and others are conveyance channels between the cycle pump and the sludge-removal pump. As the core of the egg-washing set, the drive room contains the cycle pump and the sludge-removed pump. Egg trolley (2/set) The egg trolley is used to hold brooding eggs awaiting washing. The twelve-layer trolley is made from Galvanized or stainless steel and can turn eggs. Control system The control system is consisted of a control cabinet, temperature sensor and magnetic valve.
