Character of the steam and condensing water collector
1. the
steam and condensing water collector is installed between the
boiler and the steam equipment, through this way, there will be air
tight system between the boiler and the steam equipment. All the
high temperature returned water and steam will be feed back to the
boiler directly, which will low down the heat loss during the
return process. And also it will increase the original temperature
of the boiler water, which will save much energy for the
boiler.
2. because
the high temperature steam and condensing water feed back into the
boiler, which will short the time for the boiler to get steam again
and guarantee for stable pressure of the boiler.
3. because
it is all air tight system, so all the condensing water is pure
water, which will low down the oxygen corrosion. Meanwhile, the
feed pure water is distilled water, which will lower down the
boiler and pipeline rustiness and scaling and then prolong the
working life of the boiler.
4. with
these system, it need not to dispatch the steam or condensing water
to the open air directly. It will avoid any exhaust heat or steam
around the factory and easier for equipment maintenance.
