Polycarboxylate High-efficiency Concrete Water Reducer

The development of superplasticizer polycarboxylate can be divided into three stages: the first generation of wood calcium, Naphthalene as the main representative to the second generation and the current stage of water reducer represented with polycarboxylic acid salt as the third generation. Compared with prior generations, the third-generation Polycarboxyl-acid high-efficiency water reducer has intrinsic improvement in performance and quality, qualified to meet basic performance advantages and economic conditions to replace naphthalene.

The advantages of Polycarboxyl-acid high-efficiency water reducer are as follows:
1.       High early strength: This product can elevate the early strength by *0% and above, and **-day strength by  *0% and above, especially applicable to high admixed breeze concrete;
2.       Low slump lose: Conforming to standard of Concrete Pumping Agent, the slump of concrete an hour loses less than *0mm;
3.       Excellent durability: Our product could effectively reduce water-cement ratio, shrinkage and distortion, and could elevate durability;
4.       High water-reducing rate: When slump is around *0mm, water-reducing rate is *5% and above; when slump is around **0mm, water-reducing rate is *3% and above;
5.       Small dosage and low cost: Commonly admixing quantity is 0.5~1.2% of cementing materials;
