Description:
The MAZ*****0 vertical stage uses high precision crossed roller guides to ensure high accuracy and smooth motion. The vertical stage is shipped complete with a fine adjustment micrometer drive. The micrometer head offers *0 mm of fine positional adjustment with a *0 µm graduated scale.
A pair of crossed roller guides is used in MAZ*****0 vertical translation stage for loading light optical components. The main material of the vertical translation stage is aluminum alloy, so the weight of vertical stage is very light and the stage can be easily built in other equipment.
The mounting hole pattern for the MAZ*****0 is compatible with other *0 mm size components. The vertical stage can be easily stacked to xz, xyz and xyzθ configuration with our x stages, xy stages or rotation stages.
