Procedure:
1. Buyer shows proof of fund of 5 billions to cover first tranche and 2%  contract warranty.
2. Seller's Bank verifies and confirm with Buyer's Bank for sufficient fund.
3. Buyer & Seller signed SPA and NCND (Contract need to be signed in Thailand)
4. Seller shows physical AU to Buyer for verification.
5. Follow the contract for Delivery.
