PTFE Teflon coated glass fabrics PTFE-Polytetrafluorethylene (Teflon®) can truly be described by that much used world "unique". No other plastics material can match its combination of properties. RC® high performance products are typically composed of wowen glass fibers coated with PTFE (Teflon®) . The resultant PTFE coated fabrics have the following general properties: Outstanding temperature resistance (from ***0°C to ***0°C) Excellent chemical resistance Superior non-stick surface, easy to clean High dielectric strenght Dimensional stability Resistance to UV, IR and HF Non-toxic Woven glass fabric coated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and silicone pressure sensitive adhesive which provides an excellent release surface for a diversity of industrial applications requiring high temperature, electrical resistance, mechanical strength, fire retardancy and cost effectiveness. These products are produced with either a silicone or acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive system. The silicone adhesive coated products have a continuous operating temperature range between **0°C and ***0°C while the acrylic adhesive coated products provides high initial tack, enhanced solvent resistance and a continuous service temperature range of **0°C to ***0°C. RC® silicone PSA products can be supplied as log rolls or slitted tapes. Standard roll length is *0 meters and Standard width ***0 mm upon special request ; *0 meters rolls are available, self-wound rolls are available (without liner) Some applications : Easy release surface on heat sealing and packaging machines, ironing and pressing equipment, covering drying cylinders, lining chutes, release surface on bonding tools.
