Rainguard&#**9;s Tec-Top is a premium quality, high build, **0% water-based silicone elastomeric coating tha provides long lasting and flexible water-proof coating for exterior surfaces with a **0% elongation able to bridge cracks. It&#**9;s also able to withstand significant thermal expansion and contraction with a dynamic elongation and recovery strength which ensures that the coating will move and flex with the thermal changes of the masonry surface and will not rupture or crack. Tec-Top is vapor permeable yet resists the effects of wind driven rain. Restores and beautifies damaged masonry surfaces and unifies color and texture on new surfaces such as block, brick, stucco, cement, concrete as well as wood and EFIS surfaces.
