Description

Load 4 beams from warping machine on beam frame, a motor on frame drive the 4 beams to wind yarns into one loom beam at even speed with proper tension. Technical Features: 1. Automatic control by MISTUBISHI PLC 2. Closed loop yarn winding and unwinding control by inverter motor, electric-pneumatic proportioning valve and liner displacement transducer 3. Measuring roller is connected with liner displacement transducer 4. 6 inches touch screen for data setting and display 5. Upper and lower press roller connect with two pneumatic cylinder for tightening yarn, increase winding angle of draw-off roller to avoid yarn sliding on roller 6. Both of draw-off motor and unwinding motor are equipped with brakes, beam in running condition can be stopped quickly whenever required so. 7. A rotary encoder is designed on guide roller to measure warp length. 8. Unwinding is controlled by inverter motor via a gearbox 9.
