LAX series of electronic ballasts for Low Pressure Sodium Lamps adopt the high frequency output solution (≤*0HZ) to eliminate the frequent flashing phenomena caused by low frequency output, and increase the efficiency of tubes by *0%. Owning to the high frequency output solution to increase ballast efficiency, the consumption caused by ballasts itself is greatly reduced by 4% or so. While in low frequency output the ballast consumption is about *0%; if it is used in the same solar energy system , the efficiency increased by using the high frequency electronic ballasts can reach about 6%, comparing with that of low frequency ones. Thus, it considerably saves the area betaken from the solar energy battery, and reduces the cost.
