As an additional “value-add” service for our clients, we offer a full pick and pack program at all of our facilities across Canada. Pick and pack services are required when full pallets of product are received into the warehouse and this is not the format in which it is meant to be delivered to the end user. At McKenna, we will deconsolidate and store these products based on pre-assigned SKU numbers. Our warehouse staff will then receive an order and ship individual cartons to fulfill individual orders. To even better serve our clients we will also breakdown individual cartons if the orders require smaller quantities of products. We will pick these individual items (inners or eaches) from the cartons and build new cartons, packs or pallets to ensure that we continue to maintain our rate of *9.9% of order fulfillment customer satisfaction.
