Nylon wrapping tape is our featured product which is made mainly of nylon *6 high tensile filaments by high-speed weaving. They are mainly used in all kinds of high pressure wire braided rubber hoses, fabric hoses, absorb hoses, kinds of rubber rollers and rubber fenders. The nylon wrapping tape produced by our company is stable in dimensions, smooth & delicate appearance, durable, and with good thermal shrinking features. After repetitious usage, it can still be achieved the best shrinking strength and pressure , which is very important to the adhesive strength between rubber and strength materials. Normal nylon wrapping tape is too tight at the flange, and also with unsmooth and out-of-straight appearance, which can cause damages to the hose appearance due to uneven shrinking strength in vulcanization. After adopting a special weaving technique, nylon wrapping tape produced by our company can solve these problems well.
