our company is leading in making plastic square paint pail
molds:
1. profession part design according to samples,
checking fitting, assembling, stacking. we will check the fitting
to reach drop testing standard.
2. The square pail mould design needs to be
serious, we need to design easier structure but the mould running
is smoothly. Sino developed the good cooling way, normally, we set
the cooling way around core side, cavity side as many as we can. So
our cycle time is shorter than others.
3. We have rich experience to make the square
pail mould and pail lid mould, sometimes, it cannot fit well ,and
sometimes, it will leakage, the matching problem is the biggest
problem, but we know how to solve it.
