The raw
material is surpluses of industry processing of marine fish for
human consumption (fish slaughterhouses of Santa Catarina State -
Brazil ) duly registered with the Ministry of Agriculture. These
are leftovers and filleting scrap from processing industry, as head
, visceras, small fish not fit for human consumption.
