This heat Treated Whet Flouris produced from soft red winter wheat of US origin utilizing a modified proprietary State-of-the-Arts heating equipment.
This wheat flour can be used as total replacement of chlorinated cake flour, for the production of cakes, cookies (sweet biscuits) or any other food application where bleached Cake Flour is currrently used. No additives are used during or after processing. Manufactured in according to regulation *1 CFR **7, employing Good Manufactureing Practices (GMP) and extensive HACCP program.
