Buffer preparation in biochemical and molecular biology experiments; pharmaceutical intermediates; preparation of surfactants and vulcanization accelerators; preparation of water-soluble polymers containing Tris structural units as paint dispersants; preparation of indoor formaldehyde adsorption materials, etc.

Application
Tris is often used as biological buffer, and its pH value is 6.8, 7.4, 8.0, 8.8. Its structure formula, pH value changes greatly with temperature. Generally speaking, the pH value decreases by 0.*3 for each degree of temperature rise.
