 Three-layer Greenhouse Film Blowing Line

TheThree-layer Greenhouse Film Blowing Line of Jingcheng Brand is mainly composed of three extruders, a compounding die head, acooling air ring, ahaulingunit, acoolingunit, atemperature and electric control system, andetc. It is mainly used to produce three-layer compounding greenhouse film. After changing certain components, it can also produce geomembrane. This has the following characteristics:

4.The die head adopts central material feeding type spiral runner three(five)-layer coextrusion die head.The material is high quality carbon steel.Through several chanels of heat treatment technology,its deformation decreases greatly.

5.Hauling roller and coiling roller are conducted dynamic balancing test,rectifying,and accurate grinding prcessing.

6.It adopts inserting plate folding mode,which can effedctively decrease hauling frame's volume,reduce space and lower purchasing costs.
