series and 400 series stainless steel product features and
uses
SUS304:
Has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature
strength and mechanical properties, stamping, bending and other hot
processing good, no heat treatment hardening phenomenon, no
magnetism. Widely used in household products (class 1 and class 2
tableware), cabinets, indoor pipes, water heaters, boilers,
bathtubs, auto parts, medical equipment, building materials,
chemical industry, food industry, agriculture, ship parts and so
on.
SUS304L:
austenitic basic steel, the most widely used; Excellent corrosion
and heat resistance; Excellent low temperature strength and
mechanical properties; Single-phase austenitic structure, no
hardening after heat treatment (non-magnetic, service temperature
-196-800°C)
SUS304Cu:
Austenitic stainless steel with 17Cr-7Ni-2Cu as the basic
component; Excellent formability, especially wire drawing and aging
cracking resistance; -- Same corrosion resistance as
304.
SUS316L: Mo (2-3%) is added to steel, so it has excellent
corrosion resistance and high temperature strength; The carbon
content of SUS316L is lower than that of SUS316, so its
intergranular corrosion resistance is better than SUS316. High
creep strength at high temperature. Can be used in harsh
conditions, good work hardening, non-magnetic. Applicable to
seawater equipment, chemical, dye, paper, oxalic acid, chemical
fertilizer production equipment, photography, food industry,
coastal facilities
SUS321: Ti is added to 304 steel, so it has excellent
intergranular corrosion resistance. Excellent high temperature
strength and oxidation resistance; High cost, processing
performance is worse than SUS304. Heat resistant materials,
automobile, aircraft exhaust pipe, boiler furnace cover, pipe,
chemical equipment, heat exchanger
SUS409L: Control the content of C and N in steel, so that it
has excellent weldability, formability and corrosion resistance; It
contains %Cr and is ferritic stainless steel with BCC structure at
high temperature and room temperature; Because it is full of Ti, it
has oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance in Spaces below
750°C.
SUS410: Martensite represents steel type, high strength, high
hardness (magnetic); Poor corrosion resistance, not suitable for
use in severe corrosive environment; Low C content, good
workability, surface hardening through heat treatment.
SUS420J2: Martensite represents steel type, high strength,
high hardness (magnetic); Poor corrosion resistance, poor
formability, good wear resistance; Heat treatment can be performed
to improve mechanical properties. Widely used in processing tools,
mouths, valves, rulers, tableware.
SUS430: Low thermal expansion rate, good formability and
oxidation resistance. Suitable for heat resistant appliances,
burners, household appliances, 2 level tableware, kitchen sink. Low
price, good processing is the ideal substitute for SUS304; Good
corrosion resistance, typical non-heat treatment hardened ferritic
stainless steel.
