Composition &Details
Main beam
Main girder's designation idea is optimization, light weight, and
reasonable structure.Girder beam is box shape or h-beam structure
welded by steel plate. Plate material is domestic steel (Q**5B).All
steel are shot-blasting pretreatment to Sa2.5 level
standards.Careful inspection and cleaning before welding steel
plate are required, andit is usually welded by automatic welding
machine(MIG or semi-automatic welding). Non-destructive testing
isto main seams; Main beam designed by Kony SWF, made by Keli
company.
End beam
End beam material is domestic steel *6Mn; End beam's shape is
rectangle pipe or formed by plate welding.Formed end beam is
positioning processed in NC machine to reached the allowance of
deviation range, andensure size precision and tie tolerance are
correct; Each end beam has double margin wheels, buffer
andanti-derailed protection device; The connection of main beam and
end beam is used high strength bolt to make sure the machine
precision and running smooth.
Lift mechanism
Lift mechanism structure is compact. Motors are placed in the large
drum.Squirrel-cage, 6:1 poledouble winding double-speed motor whose
protection grade isIP*5,insulation class is F. Its electrical rate
is *0% . Thermistor overtemperature protection and optimized air
cooled equipment are sealed into the drum. Motor casing is formed
by aluminum tube. Designed and made by KonySWF.Reducer casting's
gear material is Nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy, anti-friction
bearing's manufacturer is SKF or FAG.
