The shadowless lights are the special lamps used in the operation room and ICU to facilitate the operation. 
The lamp consists of sockets that are fixed on the suspended arm, which, connected to the fixed combiner, can rotate around the combiner.
The fixture of the shawdowless lights can be positioned at the ceiling or wall, or fixed on the rail that is connected on the ceiling.
