M418 Thick Self-leveling

Product Introduction:
Environmental protection products refined from high strength gypsum, fine aggregate and other additives and other raw materials, good mobility can quickly level the ground, moisture content of the base must be moisture-proof treatment before self-leveling construction, a single construction thickness of 2mm-30mm, completely dry solid can achieve smooth, solid ideal effect, PVC plastic flooring, wood flooring, carpet, lock floor and other ground materials can be laid. The floor paving should be waterproof and moisture-proof around the floor and the joint.

Features:
Primary construction thickness of 2mm-30mm;
High fluidity, low shrinkage, excellent crack resistance;
Low alkali formula, smooth and wear-resisting.

Application Places:
Suitable for home, office, hotel, school, hospital, small exhibition hall, light industrial floor and other ground projects leveling, very suitable for leveling on the underfloor heating.

Surface Treatment:
The base must be dry, solid, dust-free, pollution-free debris; In order to ensure good adhesion, the base is sealed with MSYH primer. M318 water-based primer is recommended for absorbent base and M320 non-absorbent primer is recommended for non-absorbent base.
 

Application:
1. After the original base is cleaned, appropriate MSYH primer should be selected and applied to the surface. After the primer has been absorbed by the original base and dried and solidified, start applying the self-leveling.
2. Pour 6-6.5L of water into the mixing container, then slowly add a pack of self-leveling. Blend with blender for 3-5 minutes and no clumps. Pour out the mixture, spread evenly and spread evenly with spatula or special toothed scraper until desired thickness, or the transmission capacity of 20-40 KL/min pump slurry to the required thickness.
3. The mixture shall be applied within 20 minutes. The freshly constructed slurry shall avoid direct sunlight and strong wind.
4. Before the initial setting of the product, the air brought in during mixing should be eliminated. It is recommended to conduct defoaming to ensure the smooth surface.

Reference Consumption:
Product consumption is about 3.2kg/m2•2mm or 16kg/m2•10mm. The actual amount depends on the construction thickness and actual conditions of the surface.

Notes:
1. This product is not suitable for outdoor or humid environment;
2. After the completion of construction, the ground material shall be laid in time to avoid the surface strength decline or cracking of the leveling layer caused by long-term exposure to the air;
3. The product can not be soaked in water after it is completely hardened.

Packaging and storage:
25kg/bag. This product must be stored indoors, pay attention to moisture-proof, waterproof, rainproof and prevent insolating. Pallets should be stacked in no more than 8 layers. Shelf life is 6 months.
