Sausage production line usually consists
these stages such as:
Raw material preparation, meat grinding,
mixing, filling, twisting/binding, smoking, and packaging.
The machine list of each
stage:
1. Raw material preparation
equipment:Cut
frozen meat into small pieces with a large or small frozen meat
flaker machine.
2. Meat grinder:Grind
meat materials into granules suitable for filling. You can use a
bowl cutter to cut
the meat into minced meat and emulsify it
(this step is optional to the requirements of the
sausage).
3. Blender: The meat blender machine mix the
minced meat together with seasonings, spices, etc. and stir them
evenly.
4. Sausage filler machine: Fill the mixed
meat sinto the casings to form a sausage.
This step can be performed with a hydraulic
sausage filler machine, vacuum sausage filler machine, or
quantitative sausage filler machine.
5. Twisting machine: Twist the filled
sausages to form invididual units. Or using punching machine to
punch them(For plastic casings on quantitative filler
machine)
6. Smoker: Smokes sausages to enhance flavor
and color.
7.Vacuum
packing
machine: Packaging the cooled sausages for easy sales and
storage.
