1. Ball screws, guide rails, sliders and other core hardware all are high precision model, ensuring long-term stable operation
2. The internal structure of the machine adopts an all-aluminum block finishing structure. All structural parts are oxidized and all steel structural parts are blackened to avoid blackening of the aluminum blocks and rusting of the steel structure after the machine has been used for a long time, which will lead to a decrease in machine accuracy. 
3.Low noise equipment: The machine surrounded is adopted graded soundproof insulation. The frame structure of the machine adopts first-level soundproof insulation.
