DRINKING
Drink a minimum of 2 liters of revitalized water per day. Start in the morning by drinking several glasses of revitalized water on an empty stomach. As there are no side effects from drinking water, you may safely drink large quantities.
In the case of irregular digestion, continue drinking revitalized water in the morning until you feel the need to defecate. In time, intestine laziness will disappear.
 
  ORAL RINSING Rinse your mouth with revitalized water atleast 7 times every morning. Each time keep the water in your mouth for *0 seconds.
 
  NASAL RINISING Rinse your nostrils with revitalized water 7 times each morning. Pour the water into your hands and breathe it into both the nostrils. Make sure you only breathe in water without air. Then, without hesitation, block one of the nostrils and breathe out the water for the other nostril. Repeat the same procedure with the other nostril. In this way, you will effectively and thoroughly clean your sinus paths.
 
  TAKING A BATH OR SHOWER Enjoy a *-hour bath in pure revitalized water at least once perweek. This will purify and refresh your body, detoxify the body from free radicals and replenish your body with energy. Observe the purity of the water before you enter the bath and the impurities which may later accumulate on the bathtub walls.
Those without a bathtub may wrap themselves up in a wet towel from their armpits to their lower limbs after having soaked the towel in revitalized water for an hour or two. After having rinsed and squeezed out the excess water, wrap the towel around the body and wear it for as long as possible.
