All the materials of steel structure are prefabricated in factory before delivery, after delivery to the construction site, the components of steel structure will be easy and fast installed.

Compapring with brick and concrete structure building, prefab house is more flexible in layout . Most of materials used in Prefab house are environment friendly and green. Additonaly , cold formed steel frame in light in weight and small in dimension, thus it can save area of about **8%.The prefab house is quiet simple and quick.
 

Steel structure house can reach insulation, thermal insulation, sound insulation, water proof, moisture,corrosion, earthquake, wind effects, normal life can reach *5 years.
