1. Increasing the dispersion of toner in color masterbatches processing and improving the glossiness of masterbatches

1. It is suggested that PPA be made into masterbatches of **4% concentration with twin-screw extruder and then be mixed with the target resin to be extruded since the effect of PPA in resin depends on the degree of dispersion. There would be *0 to *0 mins of onset time on the basis of equipment condition, base material and shear rate if it is used for the first time. But no onset time for equipments continuously processing PPA for a long time.
