Oxygen PSA Package

Introduction

Nitrogen PSA package utilizes the properties of CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieve) to separate nitrogen from the air. CMS has the adsorption pore which adsorbs oxygen faster & stronger than nitrogen from the air under high pressure. The operation of nitrogen generator is the repeated process consisting of pressurization, production, equilibrium of pressure, purge and desorption.

The principle of nitrogen membrane is to make use of the difference in the permeability speed of gas when the compressed air passes through the membrane. Oxygen gas with the high permeability exit first to atmosphere through vent port. Nitrogen gas product with a low permeability exits later downstream the end of membrane and delivered to process for use.

Application

Purified methane gas can be used at a fuel of vehicle etc.
