On the premise of not affecting the appearance, the number of sprue should be increased appropriately, the length ratio of melt filling mold should be reduced, and the pressure of mold cavity at the end of flow should be improved. Sandblasting on the surface of the mold can eliminate some sharp corners, which is beneficial to the copy of the leather grain and reduce the possibility of bad copy on the surface.
