LPG Cylinder Production Line Automatic Welding Machine

1.    This machine is mainly used for automatic welding of various specifications of the tank. Because of the circumferential seam is irregular, so it requires welding torch to track the seam, and can guarantee welding specification and uniform formation. Weld appearance is good, convenient in use, reliable; the welding quality can meet the requirements.

 

2.  1) material: Stainless steel;  Aluminum alloyed;                                                                         

     2) thickness: 2mm~3mm;

     3) tank section: upper and lower size range: **0mm—**0mm adjustable;

front and back size range: **0mm—**0mm adjustable

     4) tank length: **0~***0mm

3.  1) Using MIG welding technology, the work piece rotation, torch walk along the work piece 3D adjustable.

     2) Before welding, work piece should be firmly assembled. The welding surface obviously forming a good scale level, entire weld width, height consistency; weld seam and heat affected zone surface should be bright, no black powder; topside height 2 ~ 3mm, the back **2mm, weld width ***0mm;

     3) Single-sided welding, both-sided welding; weld residual height should be smooth transition to the base material, do not allow the existence of sharp excessive; the surface shall be free from porosity, slag inclusion, burn, overlap, splash, parent material is arc attachment.
