Zinc powder (XN****2)


Chemical properties: Insoluble in water, soluble in acid and alkali, slowly soluble in acetic acid, ammonia. With a strong reduction, and acid-base hydrogen. Wet agglomeration, stable in dry air, moist air generated basic carbonate white and overlying the surface. Air blue green flame combustion to generate zinc oxide. And high purity sulfuric acid, nitric acid slowly, when a small amount of other metals such as steel, tin, lead when the reaction speed.

Product Features: Our highly-active zinc powder features high content of metallic zinc, low content of other impurity elements, smooth particle surface, big specific surface area, low apparent density, little surface oxidation, seldom fusion, transformation and grape-shaped particle adhesion. The total content of zinc is above *9% and the content of metallic zinc is above *7%.

Product Use: Chemical production: For hydrosulfite (Ci sodium), lithopone (lithopone), carved white block (sodium bisulfate formaldehyde), dye intermediates such as reducing the production of a larger amount of granularity than the coating thicker zinc powder, average particle diameter of ****2μ M.

Packing: Using steel barrels and woven bags lined with plastic barrel (bags) NW *0KG, or according to customer requirements.
