Product Description:
Introduction

This automatic bib filler series of machine is designed and manufactured by our company with reference to the advanced technology from abroad, specially for the filling of soft packing in the box; it adopts the high-precision flowmeter metering method, with high filling accuracy and easy to set and adjust the filling volume; it is widely applied to the automatic filling of BIB bag in box of mineral water, wine, juice drinks and other materials. The equipment is compact, occupies little space, convenient for external connection, and the whole equipment is beautiful in shape and reasonable in layout. All key control points are all monitored by PLC, our self-developed control system, touch screen operation, the movement trajectory and current status of the equipment is clear at a glance. Filling pipeline, filling head and valve adopt quick-fit live connection method, and the pipeline is simple, with few dead ends, easy to dismantle, disinfection and cleaning; The machine adopts high-precision flowmeter control, with precise measurement; BIB filling machine and automatic production line includes: prefabricated bags BIB hundred level clean large capacity automatic filling machine and bagged water conveyor belt

(5) Packing volume: adjustable in the range of 5L-10L, with the same leading lid opening.
(6) Degree of automation:The whole process of filling such as pre-made bag transfer, filling, measuring and cutting can be completed fully automatically.
(7) Appearance: The appearance of the whole machine should be smooth and flat, without sharp edges, burrs and depressions, easy to clean and disinfect, with polished welds, and the lubricants used by the equipment should not cause pollution to the materials and bags.

Packing & Delivery:
All the products before delivery should be tested by assemble and debugging engineer, wiped up and cleaned, the wrapped by stretch film to protect it from moist. The precision part needs flexible package. In addition, without standard tools, manual and other documents, and allow ex-factory confirmation sheet, the machine cannot leave factory. All the products will be packed in wooden case. The exported products use plywood case to pack. The foot margin of equipment fixed tightly to make the machine can experience loading and uploading, the upward mark will be posted on the wooden case.
