The ultraviolet radiation is obtained with 8 low pressure fluorescent tubes  Philips type Tl **0W/*1 whose UV emission is concentrated around **1nm.

This lamp can be programmed using two mechanical timers to function up to *5 minutes.

Shutdown, the programmed time, is automatic.

It's equipped with caster base with braking device, hour meter and additional digital countdown timer, safety goggles for eye protection to operator and patient.
