Introduction:
Dongkai Geocell® is a lightweight and flexible three-dimensitional,expandable panels made of high-density polythylene(HDPE) sheets which are ultrasonically bonded together to make to be an extremely strong configuration.It mainly applied in:Channel protection, Slope&Green wall protection, Load support for access way,air port, parking lot,etc.
Features: 
• Light weight, wear-resistant, chemical stability, anti-aging,anti-ultraviolet, anti-acid/alkali corrosion, applied to different geological conditions, such as saline&alkaline soil, desert, etc.
• Wide temperature range adaptable, high tensile strength, good rigidity and toughness, good load capacity and anti-erosion ability.
• Size is variable, change the height and welding distance can meet the needs of different projects.
• Retractile, easy to transport.
Application:
• To reinforce the roadbed of highway/railway.
• To bear the pressure of dam, retaining wall.
• To protect slope from landslide and mudslide.
• To protect channel from water flowing.
• To be used as independent wall, wharf and breakwater, etc..
• To be used for the management of the desert, beach, river bed and river bank.
 
Construction Methods:
In construction, the Dongkai Geocell® can be pulled into a network and launched into a three-dimensional structure, then filled with soil, concrete or other granular materials to constitute to be a structure with strong lateral restriction and large stiffness.
 
Installation guidelines:
• Prepare subgrade. Remove debris, rocks.
• Compact subgrade.
• Install geotextile (if required).
• Partially expand Dongkai Geocell® sections.
• Connect Geocell® sections with ATRA® keys. Connect side to side (A) and end to end (B).
• Hold sections open.
• Infill Geocell® cells.
• Spread infill.
• Compact infill.
