Brief introduction of the sand-making
plant:
The raw materials are first put
into elementary-crushing machine for crush, then the belt conveyor
transfers the elementary products to the secondary-crushing machine
for secondary crush.
The secondary products will be
separated into two kinds by the vibrating screen. The parts
satisfying the standard of the Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher will
be conveyed to the sand-making machine and the other parts will
return to the secondary-crushing machine.
The parts into the sand-making
machine will be the finished products after being washed in the
sand-washing machine. The other parts will be for the secondary
crush.

The basic processes introduction
of the sand production line system
First, rough pieces of stone are
crusherd by primary crushers, and then, after being transported by
belt conveyor, the middle rough materials are crushed further in
fine crushers, the finish products are screened into two typrs of
stone by vibrating screen to meet the feed size of the stones into
sand making system, the other parts will be back into the fine
crushers. Part of the stones into PCL will be crushed into sands,
after cleaning by sand washing machine(optional), these sands
become finished one, and the other parts will back into sand making
machine.
