EVAPORATE COOLING PAD SYSTEM

Product description

Cooling pad creating the comfortable climate condition is one of the key factors to gain the good profit and the productivity of the poultry and the livestock. Cooling pad with the ventilation fan system is regarded as the the best way to increase the productivity and profit. Cooling pad equipment can not only help reduce the water volume consumption of the poultry but also accordingly lower the risk of dehydration.

Framework of Cooling Pad

A.The corrugated fiber structure with certain angle provides the equipment large surface area and quick purification, and has certain performance of the natural filter.

B. Aluminum alloy frame: high strength, good corrosion resistance, even water distribution, compact structure, beautiful and practical.

C. Installation and layout of cooling pad: in the cooling pad-fan system, the cooling pad and the fan are always oppositely arranged, and the cooling pad is installed on the wall surface facing monsoon wind.

D. Water Volume Control: Controlling the volume of water by adjusting the valve, keeping the cooling pad drenched evenly after water supplying, making the water flow down along the corrugation of the cooling pad.

E. Water quality control: Filter being installed on the either side wall or global wall can  keep the water supplied clean. The special substance being applied on the surface of wet curtain can effectively prevent algae, bacteria from breeding on the surface.
