The stand-alone bag dust collector is a type of filter dust collector. It is a device that allows dust-containing gas to pass through filter materials to separate and purify dust. This device mainly uses fiber fabric as filter material and is often used to purify and filter exhaust gas generated by industrial equipment. Its dust removal efficiency can generally reach more than 99%. Although it is one of the oldest dust removal methods, it is becoming more and more widely used due to its high efficiency, stable and reliable performance, and simple operation.

Working principle:

After the dust containing gas in a single bag dust collector enters the interior of the dust collector, the airflow speed will decrease, and the airflow direction will also change, causing large particles of dust to settle in the conical hopper due to gravity and inertia. Lighter and finer dust is intercepted by the filter bag on the surface of the filter bag. The purified clean air is discharged into the air through filter bags and centrifugal fans, reducing air pollution and protecting our health and living environment.
