Knitting

With the most important part of fabric the whole product depends on it, Knitting unit of Abdullah Haseeb Enterprises provides the very foundational of the entire Production Process. We always prefer good quality Yarn and before Weaving we do make sure that quality is OK by taking various lab tests. Yarn purchasing from quality Spinners. We procure and search the best available Yarn for our waving production and make sure by taking the lab tests and other technical methods.

Dyeing

We are using both Thermasole as well as Jiggers it depends customers requirement and price range. We are very well aware of dyeing procedures and there possible problems. To overcome these problems we do hard work. To get even and better results we do educate our concerned departments about requirement of customers as well as to avoid any quality problem. We are giving best dyeing results approved by SGS and other big chain stores.

Cutting

We have latest technology and advanced Machinery to produce the finest quality. We have Fabric cutting tables & Hand cutters different sizes. Each of our factorie have their own well equipped cutting departments. Equipments like hand cutters, band knife cutting machine ensure that the fabric is correctly cut and that there is perfection in each and every part.

Stitching

Stitching house consisting of plain, overlooked, blind, gathering, lace work embroidery most modern work most modern about **0 machines. Day and night producing the best and fancy articles in hosiery. Imported most modern and fastest single needle machines producing comforts in large volume. Multi- needle machines we use for b spreads making & other products.

Printing

Textile Printing, by which fabrics are printed in colored design, is an ancient art. More recent Printing Processes include Screen Printing, a hand method especially suitable for large patterns with soft out lines, in which screens one, for each color, are placed on the Fabric and the color paste pressed through by a Wooden Squeegee; Spray printing, in which a spray gun forces the color through a screen; and electrocoating, used to apply a patterned pile. Color may be applied by the various processes directly; by the discharge method, which uses chemicals to destroy a portion of a previously dyed ground; or by the resist, or reserve method, which prevents the development of a subsequently applied color to a portion of the fabric treated with a chemical or with a mechanical resist.

Finishing

After the Garments have been sewn, they go through a Finishing process. During this step, the garments are inspected for quality, individually trimmed of excess backing material & excess threads then folded and packaged ready for shipping to the end user. Customers have the option of polybagging which takes place in this step. Polybagging involves individually folding each Garment & placing in into a plastic bag preserving it from stains and dust. The Special Unit for the Finishing Process is optionally available. With this chassis it is possible to apply all available Textile Finishing Chemicals on - line. Let your fabric have the soft touch, the optical white or flame resistance. Finish your fabric according to the modern industry standards.
