The material of inner tank is SUS **4. The jacket adopt totally enclosed aluminum silicate to keep warm. We can provide for you: foam destroyer, condenser, cooler, water oil separator, filter machine, cylinder console etc.
Feature 
1、Its bottom head is with pushing slot and wide gear selflocking devices.The lower cover is pressed tightly by cylinder,and the both flanges are pressed tightly by pushing and pulling oblique gear ring. By testing,the pressure in the tank reaches 0.3MPA without liquor leaking to invoid leaking liquor of old extraction tanks because of bad seal in lower cover and no selflocking capacity and avoid waste of liquor that leakes because the lower cover automatically explores after inner of tank is over pressed，and the materials and liquor are very complex in the tank not only with flammable and explosive ethanol also with precious medicinal herbs such as 3m3 used to extract ethanol is valuable more than ten thousand RMB and the value of precious medicinal herbs is hundreds of thousands of RMB even more. The temperature of extracting tank can reach *****0℃after heating，so if there is leaking liquor and the lower cover automatically explores after over pressure and the soft tube breaks,all the liquor in the tank will run off.Then the factory does not only bears property losses and more terribly,that will possibly cause serious explosion,burning and intoxication accidents and the losses are undeterminable.
