Method for preparing tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane
1. 3. In addition to the above three methods, there are other preparation methods for tris. The preparation process is different depending on the raw materials and equipment. In the third method, iron powder and hydrochloric acid can be used to generate hydrogen without additional hydrogen for reduction. The iron powder component has a great influence on the reaction activity. Generally, silicon-containing cast iron scraps or clean and soft gray cast iron scraps are used, which contain more impurities such as carbon, manganese, silicon, and phosphorus, and can be formed into batteries, which are beneficial to the reaction and have a better effect. Wrought iron powder, steel powder and chemical pure iron powder are much better. The finer the iron filings, the faster the reaction, but it is not easy to filter.
