It has many functions of auto filling, auto adding inside, capping, rotating-cap. It is the new generation equipment of eye drops production of pharmaceutical industry. The machine can also be used to the production of filling, adding stopper, rotating cap and labeling small dosage liquid in other industry.

Adopt volumetric injection pump to fill high precision, also fill various viscosity liquid. Easy knock-down pump structure, convinent to clean and ateriliae.
The piston ring of volumetric injection pump use different mate rial of silicone, polyflon or other kinds according to liquid characteristic, use ceramic pump in special industry.
PLC control system, frequency conversion adjusting speed, high degree automation.
Filling quantity of all pumps is adjusted in a lump, minim adjust able for each pump. Easy and quick operate.
Filling system has the function of shrinking, no drop leak. Bottom diving fill, no foam.
Appliable to various sizes of container, easy adjusting, short time cost.
The whole machine is designed according to requirements of GMP.
