Garlic which is large in size, white in clove and free of diseases, pests and damages by machinery is selected as raw materials and exceptions are excluded. Manufactured through steeping, beating, dewatering and drying of the raw materials, the product is convenient to store and use. When the product is used as seasoning, the allicin in it can effectively stimulate the formation of amino acid which can produce fragrance, thus adding good smell to the meat and egg and making it more fresh and delicious.
