In ********5 shareholders of corporation together with JSC “Bank of development of Kazakhstan” developed and realized project of reequipment of textile factory and textile industrial complex. Today we have a modern textile complex, which consist of 2 companies: 1. JSC “YUTEX”, includes cotton recycling plant, ring spun spinning mill, knitting production and sewing mill. 2. JSC “MELANGE” – it is a textile complex, which consist of: - spinning department; - twisting department; - yarn dyeing department; - weaving department; - finishing department. Finally complete cycle of processing was founded, starting from cotton fiber, yarn production, in grey fabric production, dyed fabric production and finishing by sewing of different articles. Today we can offer you the following: 1) Grey cotton ring spun and open end yarn from Ne8/1 to Ne*0/1; 2) Grey cotton double yarn from Ne8/2 to Ne*0/2; 3) Dyed cotton ring spun and open end yarn single and double from Ne8 to Ne*0 (we are using active method of dyeing with environmentally appropriate technology; 4) Grey cotton fabric of linen, cloth and terry cloth group with width from 1 to 3, 2 meters (mitkal, plain fabric, sateen, atlas, twill, terry cloth, wafer cloth); 5) Finished cotton fabric of wide color spectrum of linen, cloth and terry cloth group (mitkal, plain fabric, sateen, atlas, twill, terry cloth, wafer cloth) – we are using environmentally appropriate technology of dyeing; 6) We can receive orders for sewing of ready made garments from our fabrics for the following directions: - all kinds of bed-clothes; - clothes for sport activity and leisure; - work clothes; - home textile; - terry cloth group.
