It is widely used for purification of chemical raw material gas, chemical synthesis gas, pharmaceutical industry gas, carbon dioxide and hydrogen of beverage, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, ethylene, acetylene, cracking gas, inert gases etc. and used for purification, separation, refining of atomic facilities exhaust, and hydrogen sulfide gas removing, PAT plant oxidation gas adsorption etc.
