Manual Of Products Installation
XPERI safety gas timing valve is developed by Xiamen Victoryflag Electronic Technology Co., Ltd  and has obtained the national patent for invention.Â
Timing devices and valves used inside this product have passed respectively CQC household electrical appliances in China,  United States UL ; Netherlands KEMA ; Germany VDE ;TUV and International Quality Certifications.It’s equipped with timing, reminder, autoignition and energysaving functions and characterized with stability and durability. It is a domestically initiate invention specially applied to families with elders and children as well as gas stove and gas heater.
　
Part One:Features:
　1.It is applied to all kinds of household gas stoves and heaters that use pipelined gas, LPG and CNG;
　2.Free burning time setup (within an hour and half), value and gas will be off automatically;
　3.Timing valves do not need electricity;
　4.Save *5% gas under the same circumstances.
　
Part Two: Installation Steps:
1. The back of the outer casing is marked with air inlet and outlet ports.Connect inlet port to air source and outlet port to gas appliance.(refer to Chart 1 and Chart 2);
2. When installing, firstly shut off the main gas valve in front of the gas meter or the valve of a liquefied gas bottle;Â
3. Connect the air inlet and outlet ports of timing valve respectively with inlet and outlet rubber hose or gas pipeline, then use the hoop to tighten the rubber hose;Â
4. Check and ensure that junction and rubber hose are airtight. Inspection method: turn off the gas stove and open the gas valve; put a little soap liquid on the junction of timing valve and the rubber hose of two ends, if there is no bubbles, it is airtight, otherwise, it is leaking. Â
5. Put the timing valve at a place convenient for operation (But it cannot be fixed on the top close to the burner, in case of being burned by stove fire).Switch the timing knob to “ONâ€, then turn on the gas stove, observe whether it is normal combusting or not. The timing valve can be used only if there is no abnormal combustion.

　Part Three: Product Instructions
　1.Working temperature: *0℃～*5℃;Â
　2. Switch the knob to “ONâ€Â (Normal Open) when timing is not needed;Â
  3. If the timing is less than *0 minutes, firstly, turn the knob to the location over *0 minutes and then turn back to the needed timing location；
　4. When the timing valve is OFF, remember to turn off the gas stove;
　5. To avoid accidents, users must not dismantle this product. Â
　Part Four: Maintenance
　1.While cleaning, please use soft and wet cloth to softly scrub. It is strictly prohibited to spill water or cleaning fluid into the timing valve;
　2.It is strictly prohibited to check the air leak with open fire;
　3. The service life of this product is three years and it should be replaced in time upon the expiration.
　Part Five: Warranty Instruction
　Within Warranty Expiration (guarantee period of two years), users must not dismantle this product. Users can demand repairÂ
service in original purchase place with warranty cards and invoices, in the precondition of nonartificial damage or improper use. When the repair is beyond warranty period, certain appropriate maintenance costs will be charged.Â
　KINDLY REMINDER:
　1. The normal service life of rubber hose is two years, please replace it in time once connecting pipe is harden, aging or cracking;
　2. In case of any accident, please do not be far away from the kitchen, when using this product;
　3. Please do remember to shut off the main valve pipe or air bottle angle valve after use.Â
